I’ve been dealing with shoulder blade pain, likely from spending long hours working in front of the computer. This led me to visit Ai Physiotherapy Sungai Buloh to address the issue. Previously, I would just go for massages, which provided temporary relief but never truly resolved the pain. This time, I decided to try a physiotherapist, and I’m so glad I did! Alhamdulillah, after the treatment, the pain was completely gone. The staff here are highly knowledgeable and even took the time to teach me proper exercises to help reduce discomfort during long hours of work in front of the computer. The session only took an hour—no need for extended treatments. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for effective and professional care!
